Measurement and evaluation of organizational support for mobilizing knowledge

Although a number of theories provide an understanding of how organizations, teams and individuals need to be learning entities, in order to meet the challenges of innovation, there is no instrument for measuring the extent to which organizations support an important determinant of innovation: the mobilization of knowledge within mixed work teams. In an effort that is consistent with the integration of the theories of the psychology of work, and of learning and theories relevant to knowledge motivation, this project is intended to create an instrument making it possible to measure and evaluate the organizational support for knowledge mobilization.
