Léna D’Ostie-Racine, étudiante au Ph. D.
After various professional experiences in the context of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), I became interested in program evaluation and the application of evidence in international NGOs. I then began a doctorate in psychology, focused on research and intervention, with a thesis targeting the use of evaluation in a humanitarian NGO working on health care equity in West Africa. Co-directed by Christian Dagenais, Ph. D., and Valéry Ridde, Ph. D., I conducted a study of the evaluability of the NGO’s evaluation strategy. At this time, I am studying the factors that influence the use of this evaluation at the same NGO.
