Caroline Marion, étudiante au Ph. D.

I am currently pursuing a doctorate in education at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) with the goal of exploring an innovative coaching model of knowledge transfer in education. More specifically, I am trying to identify a coaching model that has been very little explored in Québec and that integrates the central conditions for an effective transfer of knowledge, according to data from recent studies. My goal will then be to analyze the relevance of this model for the community of researchers and interveners working for knowledge transfer. I am also an instructor at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR), teaching courses on coaching people from a perspective of change, development and professional well-being. Furthermore, I am involved in coaching and training in relationships and communications for professionals in businesses in the Montreal region.

Activity areas associated with knowledge transfer:

  • Coaching in changing ideas and practices
  • Professional development
  • Inclusion of knowledge from research in practice
  • Researcher-intermediary model
